How the website forms work

The request form and the price calculator do not store your details on this website. When you press Send by email, your own email app opens with a pre-filled message to us; when you press Send via WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. The price calculator keeps your entries in your browser's session storage only, so they can be copied into the request form; this is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: up to 12 months after our last contact.
  • Customer, job and invoice records: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax and accounting.

Who we share it with

  • Email and messaging providers — your messages reach us through our email provider and, if you choose, WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd / Meta). Their own privacy policies apply to how they process messages.
  • Google Fonts — this website loads fonts from Google, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them.
  • The people at the other end of a delivery — where needed, we share names and contact numbers between collection and delivery contacts to complete the job.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — such as our accountant, or where we are legally required to.

All images and video on this site are hosted on our own server. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

International transfers

Some providers (for example Google or Meta) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or call 0303 123 1113.
